Staci is a partner at Franczek Radelet P.C. She co-chairs the firm’s Wage and Hour Practice Team and the Litigation Task Force. Staci represents private and public employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has tried employment cases before federal courts, and represents clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She advises and represents employers on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state statutes, ranging from worker classification audits to claims alleging unpaid wages. Staci advises employers from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, retail, hospitality and hotels, utilities, hospitals and nursing homes, and municipalities.

Staci has authored a number of articles on wage and hour topics, including co-authoring “Pharmaceutical Sales Reps Join White-Collar Quest for Overtime Pay,” BNA’s Daily Labor Report (September 28, 2011). She also regularly presents on wage and hour topics for firm hosted seminars and webinars.

Bill is a partner at Franczek Radelet P.C. and co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation Task Force. Bill represents management in a wide range of labor and employment matters. He concentrates his practice on litigation and counseling in areas including wage and hour law, discrimination, disabilities, ERISA and employee benefits, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, wrongful discharge, and labor relations.

Bill has extensive experience handling wage and hour issues for employers both at the state and federal level. He frequently speaks on wage and hour topics and regularly assists clients in their efforts to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act and state minimum wage, overtime, and wage payment laws. Bill has successfully defended multiple clients in wage and hour audits by state and federal agencies and litigated numerous wage and hour cases, including class and collective actions. When he is not practicing law, Bill serves as president of the board of directors of his church, and is an avid cook and photographer.

Mike is a partner at Franczek Radelet P.C. Mike represents both private and public sector clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Mike has wide ranging experience defending single plaintiff, class and collective action wage and hour cases in state and federal court for employers ranging from small start-up companies to national Fortune 500 retailers. Mike has litigated cases dealing with alleged misclassification, “off-the-clock” work and recordkeeping violations. In his spare time, Mike is an avid skier, and a still-learning wine maker and collector.
